We are launching Cancer Awareness Month with a Fundraiser for the Young Survivors Coalition "
Living Pink Runway Show"
Date: September 25, 2010
Location: Rosen Shingle Creek
ABOUT:
Young Survival Coalition (YSC) is the premier international organization dedicated to the critical issues unique to young women and breast cancer. YSC works with survivors, caregivers and the medical, research, advocacy and legislative communities to increase the quality and quantity of life for women diagnosed with breast cancer ages 40 and under.

WHAT WE NEED FOR THE SHOW!!
We are in need of Designers who want to get a lot of attention!!
We will need Male Lines and Women Clothes Lines of All sizes!!
For your Designers Here is what to expect:
-If your line is chosen, you Designer fee is $250.00. This is for the Show only
- In return we will give you 10 tickets to sell at $25.00- If you sell all your tickets your booth is Free!!
- If your a Designer and you want a sales booth- Your fee is $375.00- We will give you 15 tickets to sell at $25.00 and if you sell all your tickets your Booth is for Free!!
- Include pictures of your work and or a Website
- In Return we will do a photo-shoot with the Models and you will get a disc of your designs to help market yourself in the fashion world.
- if you sell anything at the show, you will be required to give a portion back to the YSC as a donation. (amount not set yet)
- You will be advertised in the program too!
Ladies Lines Needed- Ladies that will be walking will be Cancer Survivors! (This is their Special Night!)
Male Lines Needed - We will use actual Male Models that are "eye Candy", hot, six pack, make the girls go wild for your lines!
****We are going to have a lot of press releases, Radio advertisement, and Our goal is to have Celebrities attending too!!! Great Exposure ALL FOR CANCER!!

For your PHOTOGRAPHERS Here is what to expect:
Photographers Needed-
- Photographers will have a fee of $125.00 in exchange we will give you 5 tickets to sell for $25.00 a piece- Which gives you Free entry to the event. We will also give you one extra ticket for your Assistant if you need one.
- This will be TFP in Exchange for exclusive rights to the show. We are going to Pick 5-10 to have full exclusivity.
- You will have back stage access
- You will be required to do a photoshoot for the designers and Models.
-[b]NO WATERMARKS WILL BE ALLOWED[/b]. (Reel Kasting will own the rights to the pictures)
- We will be advertising you in our Program
- You will be well advertised from us!!
- You will have front access to the show for great photo opportunity during the show and the rights to brag about the event!
- You will have the rights to sell photos after the show but you will be required to give a percentage to YSC as a donation. (not set yet).

- This is a TFP, NON paid Runway!
- You will get a disc of photos that you can use for Comp Cards and Marketing yourself.
- You will Also be advertised in our Program book as well!!
- Great Visibility!
