• Jason Smith: Male, 20’s, recently married, gambling addict loses everything he once held dear as his marriage falls apart.
• Mary Smith: Female, 20’s, married to Jason and wants to start a family, obsessed over money and saving it, dependent on Jason for happiness.
• Devon Jenson: Male, 30’s, Jason’s old friend that he also works with, extremely competitive.
• Frank Bolino Male: Male, 40’s, intelligent and very cautious. Often afraid to take risks.
• Joe Allen: 30’s, works with Devon and Jason, extremely outspoken and can come across harsh.
• John Boulder: Male, 30’s, good friends with Frank, genuinely a nice guy who is secretly good at gambling.
• Walter Tolen: Male, 20’s, Mary’s best guy friend, secretly wants Mary and Jason’s relationship to end.
