We have a company "Omni" and Vanity Models that are calling themselves "Agents"..This two companies are hard selling head-shots that are like 500 dollars to newbie actors. State law requires that Agents have a State License. Which nether company does.. YOU NEED A TLA NUMBER BY THE STATE OF FLORIDA, TO BE CLASSIFIED AS AN AGENT!!!

If they only have a trade mark name and NO TLA number , then you are at risked at getting scammed or loosing money. Agents pride on the fact they have a TLA number, this means they are following the laws required by the State of Florida and you can feel safe in the business they do..

Please No agency can require you to pay upfront fees to sign with them or require you to use their "photographers" .. They can suggest photographers to help you, but do can not require you to use theirs personal photographers.

A Real Agent will not ask you for money to sign with them!! This is an immediate RED FLAG YOU NEED TO KNOW IT IS OKAY TO GET UP AND WALK OUT.
